Real estate buyers discovering the Neopolis project offline had no official online landing point to verify information or schedule site visits, causing high funnel leakage to competitors. Broker listings and outdated aggregator pages hijacked brand search terms, siphoning prospects into competitive project options. BridgeKeys required an official, high-authority digital endpoint to capture real estate intent, validate pricing specifications, and schedule on-site tours directly with the primary consulting desk without middleman leakage.

Situation Before Engagement

High offline interest but zero search results. Competitor brokers were running ads on Neopolis keywords, siphoning off high-intent leads that should have landed directly with the primary consultant. The project lacked any online validation path, floor plan distribution gate, or localized lead management systems, leaving the offline sales team dependent on phone routing and paper brochures. The Strategy

Build a lightning-fast, conversion-optimized project microsite, targeting high-intent Bangalore real estate search queries. The focus was on clear unit specifications, floor plans, and a frictionless site-visit booking call-to-action. We stripped all navigation links that could cause user drop-offs, focusing the user's attention exclusively on the property specifications, localized map benefits, and slot booking. The Implementation
